Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ShareView website, mobile portals, booking services, and photography competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue using our platform immediately.
User Accounts & Security
When creating an account on ShareView, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your registered customer account.
Monthly Photography Contest Rules
Participants in the ShareView Monthly Photography Contest retain full copyright ownership of their submitted photographic works.
By submitting photographs to the contest, you grant ShareView a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and feature your submitted entries on our website, social media channels, and exhibition galleries with appropriate creator credit.
All entries must be original works created by the submitter and must not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
Tour Bookings & Cancellations
All guided photography expedition bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations requested at least 14 days prior to departure qualify for a full refund minus administrative processing fees. ShareView reserves the right to adjust itineraries in response to severe weather conditions or local environmental safety advisories.
